Looking for enthusiastic telemarketers to generate appointments by cold calling prospects located mainly in the United States and Canada from a prospect list. You will be responsible for influencing decision makers to agree to meet with sales representatives or closing a sale. This position is mostly business to business sales. Assignments come from companies in different industries such as digital marketing, staffing, manufacturing, sanitation services, retail products, wholesalers, medical supplies, etc.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. You will get exciting, new assignments. Each campaign contains a certain amount of calls to be done within a specific time frame. Ideally, looking for someone interested in long term work. Sales bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Be able to set appointments or sell products with a 3% conversion rate.

Cold call decision makers using a given script to sell products, services or solicit donations

Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

Be able to handle gate keepers with respect and influence.

Persuade the decision maker to set an appointment by offering a value proposition.

Take notes in an excel spreadsheet about the conversation that took place.

Requirements:

Have a sales track record setting appointments for business to business sales.

Need to have own dialing equipment – software, headset, phone, etc.

Able to meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills with no or slight accent

Persistent, results-oriented and confident
