Load PowerPoint File from AWS S3/GCP bucket into Python Script

I need to create a backend system where I can read in files from a database that stores external files such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud Platform.

I can easily read in files that are csv but having issues loading in powerpoint as an object to manipulate with python code.

I need to read in any PPTX/ PowerPoint file to python using this line of code…
prs = pptx.Presentation(‘file_name.pptx’)

The file cannot be downloaded and stored locally, please let me know if you have any questions!
