Whatsap Tracker İos & Android

I want the same application in the link I shared below. When we add any phone number using whatsapp application as application logic to this application, we will send mobile notification to the person using the tracking application when the added person is online or offline.

app users will be entitled to add only 1 phone number for free after downloading the app. If the added number is deleted, it will be possible to delete new numbers for a fee. the purchasing system will be in 2 different ways; There will be a monthly subscription purchase and the number of people to be added will be purchase.
