In need of an App for Android & iPhone

Hello! I am currently stationed overseas and am continuously disappointed that Uber does not operate where I am located. I am looking to have an app that functions much like Uber but caters to Military personnel. I’ve seen countless people receive DUI’s since I’ve been here. I believe if we had an app like Uber the number would decrease drastically. It would also prevent us from having to get into overpriced taxi’s with horrible language barriers.

I 100% believe this app could generate a lot of money if done correctly but being that I am active duty I would need someone who is flexible or willing to work with me on payments. Of course if the app takes off I’d be sure to show my appreciation for working with me and my current situation.
