Illustrator cartoonist artist for lift the flap child book

I need a illustrator/artist for a child book. This person must create images of everything that needs to be drawn. I will explain the scene en you must make the image. This will be a full colour child book. With the image all over the page. It must be clean and big images. Like the image I have attached. It will be a lift the flap book. So experience in this is appreciated.
