Having trouble assigning jobs to employees so I think this will solve it.

I want my employees to be able to receive new jobs by text message, then click a link in the text to take them to a page to see more details and accept the job, then once they accept the job they’re given all the information about the job on job page. Customer is then sent a text letting them know job has been accepted with employee’s name and number. Employee does the work, marks job as complete on job page, Customer sent another text saying job is complete, asks if satisfied and other questions.

I’m sure I’ll think of more things that need to be added, and whoever is hired will need to be available for years to help maintain this and add more features.

I’ve had trouble with freelancers in the past, so I need someone that has done a similar project and has very good reviews. If you don’t have experience with this then you can still bid but I will not pay as much.

I also need to see a lot of work done before releasing any money. Too many freelancers want half escrowed, do half the work, get the escrow and then leave the project unfinished.
