Need to Build Classfied Ads website

Hello im looking to build a classfied ads portal , this classified well have Main Categoreis and Sub Categories , and Sub – Sub Categories . General Requirments : * The search side bar should be based on Customized fileds , depends on the categorey name : ( For example : Real Estate Categorey : There will be Mandatory Custom fields the user need to use such : City / Niebourhood /Price / Size / …) and will be optional fileds such as : Number of bedrooms / Num, of Bath rooms / Central Heater / Gym /Garden ..etc. These custom fileds for each categories I have it ready need to implment and customize . * The Searh Side bar should use a customised drop list widget to process the search
* Each categorey will have its own signup plan : The categories are : 1-Real Estate 2- Automotive 3-Classifieds 4- Jobs 5- Yellow pages Each should have its own Users DB , The registred user in Real Estate he can only buy a plan to post in Real Estate ,, But Cant post in Jobs . He need to signup for jobs categorey and so on .
– The Automotive should include sub categories for : * Used Cars * Motor Bikes * Boats * Heavey Equipment * Cars Spare Parts * Car Services & More .. The Used cars and Motor Bikes and heavey equuipments Should use an API or plugun to search by : Car Manufacturer / Model /Trim / Year ( from 1945 – uptodate ) /Price / Transmation Type / and many more customized fileds with icon symbols .
* Classfieds Ads filed : will be dedecated for sub categories like : Home Appliance /Furniture / Home Services /Electronics/ …etc … and each of this sub categories will have a sub -sub Categories Such as : Electronics >> Laptops , OR Electronic >> Mobile Phones
* The Yellow pages , will be a simple business directory : show major business fileds and company names / Address / pdf Profile / social Media Accounts and all contact details .
* All the registrered users can chat with registred users only ,,
* The registred business will have the chance to Feture them Ads & Pump up them ads after a certaine time . or just post regular Ads .
*the site will be Arabic /English : RTL & LTR .. NO GOOGLE TRANSLATION API OR ANY MACHINE LEARNINNG TRANSLATION ! I have plan for what I want to do ,, I just need a handy man do the job , Heare is a small sketch for Home page what it should contain : The Main 5 Sections ( The design can be modified for beuatiful UI )
