Build mobile-first website for advertising local food menus

We are looking for a developer to build our mobile-first website. The developer must be a proficient/fluent english language speaker with the ability to guide, influence and discuss technical decisions with us to ensure the right technical path is chosen for our platform and it’s future.

Developer Recruitment Process:
1) Developer to review Statement of Work, Wireframes and Process Flows independently and prepare questions for interview
2) Discussion of timescales and costs involved
3) Onboarding of Developer to Project

The Project has been codenamed: “Project Rainbow” so where you see references to “Rainbow” or “Rainbow Ltd” this is us.
