Build Mobile IOS App

I am looking to create an app that keeps track of your medications during an IVF cycle. It will also keep track of doctor’s appointments and lab results on a particular day. I would like it to be able to alert the user when it is time to take the medications.

I’d like for the user to also be able to upload their ultrasound photos and keep track of it as well.

The app will have a membership login and charge a monthly fee.

I want a community forum where users can ask/answer questions on the app.

I’d like to have a shop on the app where I can sell digital/physical products as well.

The Apple Store requires all apps to be written in Xcode 12 by April so please be capable of doing this.

List of Functionality
-be able to see calendar and see dots/highlighted or way for user to see that there is something going on that particular day from looking at the calendar
-select from list of medications and dosage and what days to take them
-set up alert/notification of when to take medications -be able to input and track doctor’s appointments
-be able to input and track blood test results
-ability to manually enter in Notes/additional data user want to keep track of
-free trial membership for 2 weeks for new users
-login functionality for paid users
-Able to process in-app payments for monthly membership fee
