Google Ads Specialist for US job board (create/manage ads & add tracking)

I got a US job board and i want to run google ad campaigns that will boost my conversions.
Target here is to have a high conversion on the apply button. When job seekers (traffic) clicks on “apply” on any job we have on the job board, and successfully redirects to the source of the job -> that means its a conversion for us.

I would also need to build those conversion trackers so we can track the performance of each campaign

We will have to bid super low (maximum 0.10 USD per click) so we need to find the right keywords to promote. We need the conversions to be at least 35% in order for us to make money.

Budget for the project: 50 USD / increase after we see first positive results
