Promote Website in Middle East

Our website provides Freight forwarding services.
We are looking to promote and advertise our services in Middle East region. We are looking for someone ideally based out of the Middle East region and understand culture and ways to promote.
Marketing currently considered are Google Ads, Facebook, Insta, Linked In. Other ways suggested will be considered (bloggers etc)
Looking for 6 to 12 months sign up depends upon the plan submitted. Do not approach us without doing some research on our busines/website and have some strategy how to go about it. Submit one page proposal covering
1) Who you are
2) What you have achieved (personally or as a company)
3) What you think of our website?
4) How we can market it and what is your strategy
Key for you to be hired and get this long engagement project is to ensure you have end to end expertise (either yourself or you can hire a person).
