Facebook Landing Page Creation (For CBD Product)

Looking for someone to create landing pages that will direct user to our CBD product. Currently CBD is not allowed to be advertised on FaceBoook and the only way to use facebook is to create landing pages that don’t directly advertise CBD products but that would link to our CBD product.

Priori experience in building indirect CBD landing pages on Facebook with examples needed.
