Deep supervised learning model based on transcriptomic data

Looking for a freelancer that is expert in building Pytorch based deep learning models. I would like to design a NLP-based algorithm to gather specific transcriptomic data and code them to build a deep supervised learning model for classification of certain cells. I would like to integrate quantum nodes through IBM’s Quiskit SDK inside this model for future-proofing.
