I need a designer

One main bathroom and en suite.

Hallway needs designing mainly a new staircase, front room needs a few more tweeks

I wouldn’t mind tiling through my whole kitchen diner to allow for an island in the middle

Garden could do with some looking at as I haven’t touched it yet.
