Facebook/Google ADS on fresh new ecommerce

I’m looking for an Expert Facebook ADS marketer to deliver on a brand new ecommerce (Woocommerce) store a constant flux of sales.
The store is based on car care products and goodies.
The target of the campaign must be focused only on United States Customers.

The Freelancer have to know a good english OR italian languages to explain the project and the results he can deliver/has delivered. Also is required availability to chat to teach me how Facebook ADS works for learning purposes.

The position is open to a resource only of any Nationality and for long term partnership.
