Need to make a blockchain for the personal data of my users as I dont want to use a centralized server which could be hacked.

You should have enough experience with blockchain and you have worked already on similar projects.

The data that I want to save is basically just text.

The user will get a private key where he will be able to access all his details on the blockchain.
All data on the blockchain should be encrypted so that only the one with private key can decrypt it.
