Web and Mobile App application

We are looking for a Web Developer or a team of developers to handle our Event platform development. This project is very crucial and we need a serious and dedicated developer or teams to take it.
1. We want a complete website for the event.
2. Mobile app for both android and ios
We are building an event platform, which works similarly to eventribe. However, there are features or models, which we cannot share straight away here but will be communicated privately on chat.

IMPORTANT!!!
We will only consider a developer or team that can create sample event mockup screens and has in-depth knowledge about how an event platform should be or work. This will convince us and we will not struggle to deal with it.
We will also give an advantage to a developer or team who can offer free maintenance or update after a project is done for reasonable months.
