Older PHP App Fix

Back in 2004 we made a Serial tag manager ( PHP & MYSQL ) backend for a client and it’s been sitting unused for several years. A couple years when I tried to login it’s just a blank screen and the client finally asked about it. Probably has something to do with a missing PHP module or deprecated function. Most likely a quick fix as it does not need to be upgraded to current standards. But they may request it.
