update my logo

I want to change my logo, and need some help updating – I would like to change the attached to be

Overall Requirements
– black & white (and reverse), all transparent
– each logo with text should be in both horizontal and vertical (i.e. text to the right AND text below)
– updated vector base files (ai, eps and psd)
– each output to have 72 DPI, 102 DPI, 200DPI and 300 DPI png files

Output requirements
– Logo with no text
– Logo with business name (Hroud)
– Logo with business name (Hroud) and tag line (form and function perfected)
