Extract data and organise PDF document (Graphic Designer Required)

I have a PDF document that needs information extracted and organized in a way that is easy to understand and beautiful to view. I will require a graphic designer with an eye for design and branding. Please see the document attached to understand the scope of work required.

Completion of work will mean joining my team at a starting rate of cash per task with ongoing work and a full time or part time role early Feb 2021.
