Urban Low Income Housing Initiative

Seeking a grant to start a non profit (501c3) to buy and build low income affordable housing in Orlando. I am seeking to pay out a flat fee with a maximum of $300 to $500. Prefer to pay half upfront and other after grant approval and funding.
