TimeCard Website with Admin backend

At our company we fill out our time cards manually in PDF’s. At a very high oversight of the project. I would like to move the process from PDF to a internal website where employees can go and long into there time card and process there work time, time off, sick time etc.. The employee will need to be able to sign of to each day or pay period. The employee should be able to print out their time card, review past time card, See how much Sick time or Vacation time, or other time off they have. Each employee will have a user id and password.

Mangers will have access to there own time card and have some sort of dashboard to see there employee time cards. The managers will need to be able to approve or decline employee time cards. When a manger approves or declines an email will need to be sent to the employee of status. If the time cards was declined or sent back for adjustments the manager will need an area for notes of issues. The manager will need to have the ability to fill out the time cards in behalf of the employee but the part filled out by the manager will need to be noted on the employee time card. There are some time two managers that can approve time cards for staff within one department. As the managers approve there departments email an email will be sent to HR department informing them time cards are ready.

Administration page:
The HR department will need to be able to set pay periods, Holidays, User IDs, passwords, email. Run reports, Approve time cards, reject time cards back to managers and or employee, print reports and time cards. Export data for Payroll services, export data for other services.
