website hacked all the time

Hello

My website keeps on getting hacks every time. Many files are added to my server. When I delete them, 2 days later the appear again or some other file are added to it. I am using magento.

I need someone to help me secure once for all my website and clean on corrupted file.

The programmer will have also to check all file and folder permission to make sure they are set right so the server is secure
