Front End data validation for CS Cart Multi Vendor Mobile App

Person scans a QR code on their mobile phone that is applicable to that specific Vendor location. They are brought to a generic landing page to enter their personal data on their phone, which provides a validation of the data and location when submitted, against a database of data loaded by that specific vendor for that specific location. If everything checks out, it auto validates, and awards reward points for using that vendor location. If not, the user must work with vendor to get the details correct. Once corrected, the vendor now forwards to administrator for final approval of reward points.

Multiple attempts to obtain points at the vendor location for the same transaction, first is a warning page, then further attempts are a temporary suspension of user privileges for 48 hours. Attempts of other members (friends) to get rewarded for the same transaction results in similar workflow restrictions.

Vendor would be required to upload certain data into database from their end, prior to user scanning a QR code at the vendor location, so the verification of data could be done behind the scenes.

The purpose is to be sure the person is who they say they are, and that reward points are awarded only once to the proper person for that transaction.
