3D Model to fabrication drawings – Solid Edge

I am a full time designer in the construction industry, looking for support.
Most of our work is water treatment plants, so mostly pipework and platforms/walkways.
Looking for someone to detail my fabrication drawings, I will send 3D model and template of drafting file.
Will need to be dimensioned and have drawing numbers, scale, date etc filled in.
I will oversee the work and be available for clarifications.
