logo designer

I’m looking for a logo and other branding designs for a new starting business. I am starting an engineering business and need someone to design me a full logo of my trading name Richards Engineering and also some letter R logos that can be used as web and business card logos and to go on clothing for staff and merchandise. the R logo should represent the R at the beginning of Richards Engineering logo but welcome will welcome any innovative designs and graphics. i have a background of motorcycle engineering, welding, Fabrication, mechanical, technical, racing and construction and building trade. welcome any questions Dan
