Build me a Simple Crypto index fund THAT TRACKS THE TOP 30 COINS with an API

I need to build a simple crypto index that tracks the top 30 coins on coinmarketcap like shrimpy.com hodlbot.io or cc30i.com
These are all 100% cRYPTO Index funds that track different coins based on their Value to the total marketcap.
The Fund will track the top 30 Coins using API Keys and some other criteria and It will divide ones portfolio into these 30 assets which are rebalanced Monthly.
I am looking for a developer that understands Crypto and Blockchain, can work with APIA,S AND could work on plenty more projects going forward. Message me if you have interest in developing something Big
