Instagram Stories And Post Tracker

I want to save stories and posts periodically for more than hundred accounts on Instagram. Simple bootstrap panel. Just want to add usernames, want to add timer for fetching stories and posts user by user. Important thing is system needs to save files like this folder structure:
– Year
– – Month
– – – Day
– – – Username
– – – – Stories
– – – – Posts

And also I want to add tags for all stories and posts.
