PHP Class needed for SolidCP Hosted Exchange Management

I need a php class developed for SolidCP.
Basically we need to have the class be able to do the following:

1. Create a SolidCP account With A Hosting Space & Package
2. Pull a list of Emails Setup in Hosted Exchange package (created above)
3. Emails above must have usage statistics
4. One Click Login url generation
5. (If possible) mailbox login suspension or account suspension that blocks mailbox logins for all mailboxes
