App Permissions Django App

I need a freelancer to create a simple django app that can read the data from the above API and store them into a database.

Access will be given.

Need you to include the Permissions, IAB Category for apps and Integrated SDKs as part of the app.

You will start with a blank app and figure out the model structure etc.
