I need a Java developer that can successfully compile and deploy to a Tomcat server

This is a mobile app for iOS that is currently displaying the language in Spanish. What we need is a Java developer to login and switch the language from Spanish back to English, compile the code and then deploy the code to the server. This is a tomcat running on Linux server.
