I need one complete Plugin or a whole site for a competitive esports website

Im looking for someone to create me a website much like, https://gamebattles.majorleaguegaming.com/, https://umggaming.com/, https://www.checkmategaming.com/. i need them to function the same and have a little from each site i have two videos showing how i want things to work and what i want them to do. this is a project that i am serious about and i need it done correctly with what i need. look at videos.

I would like some one who has a background in esports and possible already know there way around these sites and how they work. the more you understand how they work the better it will be for all of us. i need an Elo system with global ranks for the site I need ladder system as seen in videos also shows Elo and site ranks. I need tournaments like shown in videos as well. I will accept wordpress as well.

I preferer someone with experience in esports and the websites listed as this will be easier to explain how i want things to work. This will need some custom work done so i will not accept sportspress plugin as a shortcut i have tried all these ways already.
