Load GeoServer with high res BMNG and put it in a Docker container

Goal is to deploy a GeoServer instance as a container, already loaded with the high res version of Blue Marble Next Generation (and Black Marble, similar data set), and the worldwide unclassified elevation model
This is part producing the product, but more about teaching me how to do this by writing up a brief how-to.
Deliverables:
1. Step by step instructions for loading BMN, Black Marble, and elevation model to GeoServer, and then containerizing the Geoserver and data, serving out as WMS, worldwide elevation model as well serving out as WCS.
2. Containerized GeoServer with data loaded and WMS/WCS services exposed.
