debug perl web scraping script

I have a small perl script that is downloading a page from a website using LWP, HTTP::Cookies, and a cookie file. It’s very simple.

The code is not working as I want, as the cookie is not registering- I get the logon form every time I download the page.

I need someone to look at it and either fix the code, or suggest a better way to download the page, should be a simple little project for a perl coder w/ web scraping skills.

Code is 50 lines, most of that being “noise”.

If this micro project goes well, there may be other projects, of larger scope!
