Need excel skils

Hello i have an excel file (attached)
i want to add 2 point to excel.
1) i want to add a bottom, when click , it takes the last balance , and open in new tab (New month).
2)i need to add Qty column for (out column) – which first multiply the Qty by out column then reduced from balance.
