rewrite a SQL Stored Procedure Logic (being used for SSRS) in Amazon Redshift

I have a logic in stored procedure which is being used by an SSRS report. I am trying to implement the stored procedure logic in amazon redshift as a view. I want to migrate my report or load my report via redshift. I have created a view and there is one logic which I am struggling with. Need a help to rewrite this online by screen sharing.
