Mailchimp Marketing and Survey help needed

Hi, I am running a Mailchimp Campaign and need to engage someone that knows how to configure Mailchimp, the Inbox and make sure all the Data collected from the Mailchimp Survey I want to publish, is collated in a manageable manner. I have 14500 contacts to send it out to, so need someone that really knows Mailchimp very well. I need someone that can help with the design of the Campaign from a graphic, look and feel. Thanks
