ml model to detect mismatch image ecommerce

looking for someone knowledgeable in machine/deep learning and experience in computer vision that would be able to train a model and detect mismatch product thanks to input provided: image and text info.
basically you will have a json list constructed like that:

targetImage
targetBrand
targetTitle
SourceImages
SourceBrand
SourceManufacturer
SourceTitle
SourceDescription

and you will need to compare target against source and detect BOTH similar and not similar products
