game sprites and animations for a war/battleship game

so early in the year 2020 we started to build some of the game sprites and we stoppped due to development crysis we were having with the code and now these issues are fixed but now we need someone else to build and make animated 2d isometric sprites

we have written two test programs that can check if the sprites are clean and working. there are also two examples of sprites so you can run this program under dosbox.

#1 explosions and damage (smoke, fire etc) to all vessels

#2 make the ships look like they’re moving through the water instead of tidy edge sprite sitting on top of the water.

#3 eventually i need you to make more game sprites for the game.

i have set the price low so we can negotiate so ideas and figures.
