Revise draft malicious prosecution complaint

Hi, I am preparing an amended complaint for malicious prosecution (MP). I have already written a draft. I have already researched and can supply you with my draft which states the elements, the relevant case law, facts, and how my facts constitute the elements according to California precedent.
The draft should only plead ultimate facts, without some things already in there. I file on 12/17, so I need to have a revision by 12/16.
