Replication of london clubs

I want to build a real life simulation of London clubs as the scene is dying. To start i would lie to replicate just one club but aim to link worldwide clubs together, Any ideas how I would go about this welcome? Could you create a 360 tour then a map through matterport then use this as a framework for the construction ?
