Help with C and Linux Project

Need someone who can implement double linked lists, Pointers to structures, command line arguments (argc,argv [ ] [ ]),array of pointers, etc. in C.
Need knowledge in UNIX. For example, control structures,Testing conditions, User variables, Predefined variables ($*, $@, $#, $$, $?), etc.
