Must have everything in pricelist in excel

We have an pdf file that is our pricelist for our company. Prise tablet is made in excel and we have the excel files for that. But we have made alot of design next to privcce tablets in adobe editor. Today its very time consuming when changing prices every year. Because some price tables are just made in pdf editor also. We need everything in excel. 1 page in pricelist.pdf is 1 file in excel. Or if its somehow else to do this. The the updates will be much easier.
