Web traffic – Unique visitors to a web page in a short amount of time

I need 1000 different visitors from 1000 different IPs dripped over the course of 30 minutes -1 hours max, to a web page. Of course, if you can do better than 1000, that would be great.
I need real visitors with unique IP. No bots, No Fake. No China visitors.
