Create an Attractive Logo

We have recently open an IT company and looking for a logo designer. Who can create an attractive logo for us?

I need someone to copy logos and size them.

Format will need to be png.
I will give a list of websites and you will need to pull the logos. It will be used like the logos in the attachment

Move data from 300 Excel files into one file

Have 300 Excel files that need to be 12 combined into one main file. Each of the files only has around 20-50 lines of data so it’s a simple copy and paste job.i need this.
