Author for our SaaS help center pages

We would like to have an author for our SaaS help center pages of our site www.gonnaorder.com/help
We would like to have a rate of around 6-7 USD/h and if the person is good we can have a long term relationship, even full time

The website is written on WordPress. We want very basic WordPress skills.

The person should understand
– how to structure information
– be native or very good in written English and know how to document instructions
– be able to understand easily our software and how it works
– smart and proactive, no need to explain too many things
– ask questions where needed
– take screenshots of the program, attach pictures where needed / crop / resize
– have common sense on what is important to be put and what not
– improve existing content
– continuously check new features and add new content where needed
– have good feeling for styling and aesthetics
– be flexible
– be easy to communicate by skype or other means
– follow some guidelines about how to take pictures, how to write html
