web app to get facebook posts / results according to keywords

i am looking for a developer for creating a small website that can show me latest facebook posts according to specific keywords .
for example if i put at interface the keyword ” Donal Trump ” – i get all latest posts that mentioned or has the keyword . results can be from pages and facebook public posts or by allowing a user account that is connected to those pages or friends that mentioned it .
i need same thing for twitter as next step .
UI should be done with react .
i prefer doing this task by api’s
