Mean/Angular Web Page — JavaScript Integration

I am trying to integrate one of my Javascripts (minified JS — chatbot) into MEAN web page and have difficulty. Chatbot integrated very well in PHP/Laravel, Shopify, Magento, WordPress but this MEAN stack (Angular TypeScript to JavaScript issue?)

You must be expert in JavaScript/Angular related and I will show a working site and non working site so you can find and fix issues with my developer.

My budget is in this project description so don’t expect anything else.
