Migrate ionic project to latest version

Someone experienced with ionic framework is welcomed for this project.

I want to migrate ionic 3 project to latest version of ionic. My app has near 30 screens with very basic functionalities like registration form, login form, search items based on location, messages  and settings etc. All of the pages are relevant to all these functionalities. App has firebase implemented and working with few ionic plugins/APIs…  Anyone experienced with ionic please bid.

Please note that we want to complete this project urgently so please don’t waste time and only bid if you are experienced with ionic framework and you know very well how to upgrade ionic project from 3 to latest.
