Build Learnapp and support me

I´m looking for some who helps me to build an Application ( Nativ for IOs and Android ). After Building the Application i will need some support to add the content and update it regularly.

What i want
– An Application ( nativ )
– Learn Application with Statistics, Graphics, Dashboards, Exam Simulations ( with time counter )
– A person who explains me how i´ll update the Application by myself after it has been builded
– After the building i want 2 x 2hours of support ( included in the Price )
